WAYS TO LEAD OR INFLUENCE THE IMPACT OF A CHURCH
We had an amazing night of encouragement and vision from Bryan and Ashley Larson! They exhorted us on several principles of leading the LifePointe vision. You can watch the whole thing HERE.
JULY 5-STAR HERO
LifePointe Team Nights are so much fun with people who are serious about changing the world!! Heroes are people who are helping people. Tonight our 5-STAR HERO is Evan McAlister.
Emac has served on Video, Lights and Audio Production Teams. He went to college to learn video production. While many of his colleagues chose to move to New York City or Hollywood for film making, Emac chose to come serve the vision of his church. He embodies the following codes, showing they way for how Kingdom life is done:
- GARGANTOUSLY GENEROUS - Emac is one of the most generous people at LifePointe, especially for his season of life. Yet, his generosity has never created a territorial aggression. He embodies Jesus' statement, "Where your treasure is, there will be your heart also."
- HONOR HELD - He holds the heart of LifePointe with care, protecting the family and leadership. He speaks UP to the right people and yet is flexible to wave the flag of unity. He refuses to absorb drama or discontentment, staying true to things that really matter.
- PASSION POSSESSED - He has a passion for the House, preparing like each project or Sunday is the most important ever. He lives a God-Kingdom-First life. He is an owner of the vision.
- SERVANT LEADERSHIP - Emac serves knowing that humility leads the way to the greatest spiritual promotions. He is a servant of God before a specialist in the Kingdom.
We are pleased to honor him with the LifePointe 5-Star Trophy, and the Red Hero Cape!
